Consultation Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a consultation, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in limited future scheduling availability.

Consultation Cancellations & No-Shows

Consultations are reserved specifically for you. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice, or repeated late cancellations, may result in:

Requirement of a $50+ inconvience fee before future bookings

On-Site Safety & Conduct

For the safety of everyone involved, clients are responsible for informing us before the consultation of any known risks to health or safety within the household or on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, recent injuries, medical conditions, environmental hazards, or situations that could pose a risk to our staff or others present.
If a dog has a history of aggression, reactivity, or dangerous behavior toward people or other animals, the dog must be properly restrained, contained, or muzzled at the start of the consultation unless specific instructions have been given in advance by the trainer. This ensures a safe environment for all parties and allows the consultation to proceed productively.
We reserve the right to pause, modify, or discontinue a consultation if safety concerns arise that were not disclosed ahead of time.
No Guarantees of Results
Dog training results vary based on many factors, including the dog’s temperament, history, health, environment, and owner follow-through. While we provide professional guidance and training services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, due to many factors being beyond our control.
